1/2 mug coconut flakes (eg. ).

** You could purchase coconut flakes at Western grocery store under baking section or at Eastern Shop or online at. Shredded young coconut (for the filling) can be found iced up at Oriental store. You could purchase a rice cooker at.
You could also use a steamer as opposed to a microwave.
